  • Domestic Delivery: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999
  • Standard shipping charges apply to orders below ₹999
Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact our support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your package is lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund after confirmation from the courier service.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Z-Store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

International Shipping

Currently, Z-Store only ships within India. International shipping may be available in the future.
